Utility Billing
In order to set up water service, we will need a completed application. Contact Ellen Snyder at Columbia County at (386) 758-1005, or go online at www.columbiacountyfi.com to download a application.
Pay Your Utility Bill
Your water bill is generated and mailed the first week of each month. Payment is due on or by the 11th of each month. Accounts not paid on or by the 20th of the month will be subject to a $25.00 late fee.
The Town of Fort White, Town Hall will have Liz Ott from Columbia County available on Mondays and Thursdays from 10:00am to 3:00pm excepting cash payments (change not provided), check or money order payments. Please verify that all checks and or money orders are made out to Columbia County Utilities. Credit and debit card payments can be made,also credit card payments can be made at www.columbiacountyfl.com or following the direct link on this webpage. Scroll down to access a direct link to the Columbia County Nexbillpay or go on the Home page and click on Columbia County Nexbillpay to pay your bill.
Payments may be placed in the Columbia County drop box located in the hallway to Town Hall across the door from the Sheriff Station / Tax Collectors Office. These payments will be applied to accounts on Mondays and Thursdays of each week. You can also make your payments by calling Nexbillpay at (855) 346-2291 or by contacting Liz Ott at Columbia County (386) 719-2025 and for any other billing information contact Ellen Snyder at (386) 758-1005.
Service disconnected for non-payment of bills will be restored only after the delinquent amount is paid. There will be a $50.00 reconnection fee also applied to your bill.
